A touchpoint is “any place where people come in contact with a brand, including product use, packaging, advertising, editorial, movies, store, environments, company employees and casual conversation.” – Marty Neumeier, “the dictionary of brand”
So your designer has just finished your logo – now what? It is time to develop the touchpoints for your brand. This can be anything from the printed material such as business cards and office stationery, right through to your staff uniforms and the way your staff answer the phone. Perhaps you have a “holding message” or unique music when clients are on hold on the phone, a textured paper you have your letterheads printed on.
Don’t just stop at a business card or website, think signage, packaging, promotional items, the way your office is fitted out – all of these are classed as touchpoints and are crucial to the execution of your brand as a whole.
Studio: Tiffany Gouge specialises in print design, so I can design the following touch points for your brand: Business Cards, Letterheads, Stationery, flyers, brochures, packaging, signage, and publications.
All touch point designs are quoted on an hour-by-hour basis as no two jobs are the same! Get in touch to discuss your project.
